Tara Knorr
OwnerPennsylvania Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, certified in 2012. She is also FHA-approved, providing qualified appraisal services for FHA-insured lending as well as conventional and private-client needs.
With extensive hands-on experience and strong local market knowledge, Tara appraises properties across Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, including a wide range of residential settings—from in-town neighborhoods to rural markets with larger acreage tracts. Her work is known for being thorough, well-supported, and clearly communicated, helping clients make confident decisions with credible valuations.
Ben is a Pennsylvania Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, certified in 2023 after approximately 20 years in banking and lending.
Ben managed the loan operations (underwriting, loan servicing, collections, and appraisal review) for a large regional bank for 8 years prior to obtaining his appraiser certification. Ben can provide FHA, in house, and conventional appraisal products for banks. In addition to bank work, he does private appraisal work. With a strong local market knowledge from his banking experience, Ben has experience across a wide range of property types and across multiple communities and would be happy to help in any capacity you need.
